In the hopes of introducing academic work on cross-cultural ministry to the wider church, the Christ and Cultures Gathering, in cooperation with the United Theological College’s Post Graduate Seminar and with the support of the Camden Theological Library, is organising reSEARCHing Cross-Cultural Ministry, a day of academic presentation of papers, theses, or books, written by Australians.
reSEARCHing cross-cultural ministry is an opportunity to hear and discuss the theology on which we base our cross-cultural ministry practices. It allows people to understand the different perspectives and engage theologically with cross-cultural ministry.
The first seminar of reSEARCHing cross-cultural ministry takes place on Friday 17 October starting 9:30 am at the United Theological College, room G3. We will end the day with lunch together for fellowship and to allow time for further discussion.
